Prior to starting Encore Lending, Jim worked as a Senior Mortgage Consultant for Weber Financial Services and as a Realtor, for a combined total of 18 years housing and mortgage industry experience. He holds a Tennessee & Virginia Mortgage Originator’s License and a Real Estate Broker’s License (currently grandfathered).
He is a member of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Tennessee Association of Realtors. He also maintains a rigorous continuing education program, which allows him to stay current and knowledgeable with ever-changing trends in the mortgage industry that ultimately impact his clients.
